This is a permanent full time opportunity, working 38 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

About the Role

As a Mobile Coordinator, you’ll never be bored - every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You’ll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.

About You

Responsibilities

Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am; After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm; Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm; Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage; Leading and mentoring teams of Educators; Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities; Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards; Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members; Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes; Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning

Requirements

Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in ACT in accordance with ACECQA; Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environment; National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko); Strong communication and relationship-building skills; A current and valid Working with Children Check; A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services; Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday; Australian work rights; A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children
