OSHC Service Manager | Kellyville

Kellyville OSHClub is seeking a Service Manager to lead a large, established Outside School Hours Care service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who enjoys developing people, driving service quality and creating engaging programs for children.

Full time position of 38 hours per week total. Unlike many leadership roles, you'll receive 32.5 hours per week of dedicated out of ratio administration time , allowing you to focus on strategic leadership while remaining connected to your team through approximately 5.5 hours of in-ratio time .

About you

We're looking for an experienced OSHC or Early Childhood leader who is ready to take ownership of a large, high-performing service.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.; Driving exceptional educational programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.; Acting as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.; Building strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.; Managing service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.; Preparing your service for Assessment & Rating and maintaining high-quality standards.; Creating a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.

Requirements

Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma Qualified Educator in NSW in accordance with ACECQA; Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service; Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card; Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain); National Police Check; Australian working rights
