Outbound Product Manager - 12 month contract

The Outbound Product Manager owns go-to-market execution and adoption success for assigned products and initiatives. This role defines positioning, supports launch strategy, enables sales and customer-facing teams, and gathers voice-of-customer insights to strengthen product-market fit. The Outbound PM ensures cross-functional readiness and monitors adoption performance post-launch. Success is measured by launch effectiveness, adoption growth, and field enablement impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, and strategic initiatives; Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product; Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; Ensure cross-functional GTM readiness across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support; Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and performance metrics; identify risks and recommend corrective actions; Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements; Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions; Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements; Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology; Bachelors Degree in a related field (Technology, Business, etc); Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions; Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams; Healthcare or post-acute industry experience; Experience supporting beta programs and structured customer validation initiatives; Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data; Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
