Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements.; Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well.; Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members,; Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods.; Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.; Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards.; Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team.; Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to.; Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality,; Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes.; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.; Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar,; At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems,; Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus,; OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here,; Good communication skills,; Ability to work in a team and be a team player,; Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly,; Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory,; Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus,; Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus,
