Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift

Cresco Labs is one of the largest public, vertically integrated, multistate operators in the cannabis industry. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am.

Responsibilities

Executing tasks assigned by department leadership; Measuring, packaging, and labeling products; Comparing product with product standards to ensure quality; Maintaining a sanitary work environment; Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area; Ensuring that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards; Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure; Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner; Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task; Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment; Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust; Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time; Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level; Must be 21 years of age or older to apply; Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship
