Responsibilities

Receiving Customer samples and recording information in Shipping and receiving Log.; Conduct Transit and Package Integrity Testing as Per ASTM Standards , ISTA standard or per Customer Protocol.; Add Sample Information to Laboratory Inventory Management System and may include generating a Work Order; Prepare Test Evidence Report.; Entry level data review and data reporting, following good documentation practices; Maintain Records of Packaging Testing.; Monitor and Provide customer support regarding testing services provided.; Update Customer on test Status, updates, results.; Report any Deviation observed to operations Manager.; Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and company policies

Requirements

High School diploma or G.E.D.; Production testing or related industry is desired but not required.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and General Computer Literacy is required.; Knowledge of ASTM standards is desired.; Ability to lift bulky items up to 30 lbs, climb, bend and reach without restriction is required.
