Paid Search Manager

We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our team you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. You'll manage the strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets.

Responsibilities

Manage strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets; Activate campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads; Manage performance reporting, campaign analysis, and budget pacing to ensure clients meet their KPIs; Provide insights and recommendations to improve account structure, targeting, bidding, and ad copy performance; Collaborate with regional Paid Media teams to ensure consistent strategy execution across markets; Monitor campaign tracking and data integrity using Google Analytics or other measurement tool; Support in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns, in particular Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing); 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns; Maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data; Love getting to know clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business; Implement solutions to refine and automate processes; Adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances
