We are looking for an experienced PALS Assistant (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Horny Toad Harley-Davidson Location!!

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival; Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner; Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.; Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.; Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts; Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements; Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed

Requirements

General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations; Great customer service skills; Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Active-listening and strong communication skills; Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn; Respect for teammates and a positive outlook; Must have a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement
