Partner Engagement Specialist, 1st Armored Division

Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As a Partner Engagement Specialist, you'll work directly with military headquarters to ensure successful adoption and sustained value delivery of Onebrief. Your primary mission is to help military staffs adopt Onebrief and meaningfully improve how they plan, coordinate, and communicate.

Responsibilities

Execute onboarding engagements under the guidance of senior team members; Support internal and customer-facing kickoffs to understand use cases, pain points, and technical requirements; Build strong relationships with users and mid-level stakeholders; Adapt standard playbooks and expand product usage through training and engagement strategies; Serve as a reliable go-to person during exercises and day-to-day operations; Provide face-to-face and remote support and troubleshoot issues; Respond to incidents by coordinating with customers and the product engineering team; Gather and communicate product feedback from users; Develop an understanding of customer dynamics to support retention, renewals, and growth opportunities.
