Responsibilities

Inbound phone & online sales processing; In-store customer service; Order & receipt incoming stock; Process & pick purchase orders; Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills; A customer service champion; Experience or a passion for auto parts; Well presented; Great phone manner; Ability to influence & negotiate; Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
