Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities

Guiding patients through admission; Greeting patients; Verifying insurance; Processing documentation; Collecting, processing, and maintaining patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments; Facilitating patient admission flow across imaging centers; Resolving scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining a positive patient experience

Requirements

Patient-first mindset; Strong communication and team-oriented approach; Attention to detail; Adaptability and composure; Reliability, accountability, and problem-solving; High school diploma or equivalent; Strong computer and data entry skills; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience; Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes; Experience working with EMR/PM systems
