Payroll Accountant

We're looking for an experienced payroll accountant to join our Payroll team. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while partnering closely with HR, Finance, managers, and employees. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process; Own all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and final settlements; Work extensively with the Hilan payroll system; Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations; Provide professional support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a payroll accountant; Significant hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system (required); Hands-on experience working with the Hilanet attendance system; Proven experience managing the payroll process end-to-end; High level of English (written and spoken); Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations; Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent – an advantage; Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements
