Responsibilities

Join a local team of 9 experts; be responsible for the input of all Payroll and Benefits transactions into the monthly Payroll cycle; validate payroll output ensuring all tasks completed accurately and on time; rectify issues before Payroll sign off; ensure compliance with tax and social security as well as BMW guidelines; apply policies, processes and statutory regulations relating to inpats/expats and short term business visitors; maintain the relationship to Global Assignments; administer and validate OFK Payroll; manage employee queries and escalations via nominated mailboxes; ensure the Payroll system is up to date and all required changes have been requested and tested; support benefits related topics such as Cafeteria, Office glasses, P and C bonus, Group insurance, Relocation allowance, Sign-on bonus, Management Company Car program, Commuting allowance, Wedding car, Employee Referral Program; handle Time Management topics including queries and testing of work schedules

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; TB certificate or willingness to obtain; minimum 2 years payroll experience; willing to work on-site during regular business hours; fluent in English and Hungarian in writing and speaking; strong Excel; attention to detail; precision orientation; excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills
