Payroll Manager

To coordinate and track activities within People & Culture Operations and support the Manager in maintaining Group minimum standards in operating effectively and efficiently. Act as a second in command and provide the team with the required guidance and division of work. Monitor and oversee the execution of P&C Operations processes and mitigation of potential operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation by adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.

Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources or related.

Requirements

5-7 years: Exposure to regulatory requirements and a track record in implementing control, risk and governance frameworks.; Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Operations environment in general but more specifically the People and Culture and Payroll environment. Payroll supervisory experience, preferably in a multi-country or shared services environment. A good understanding of the HR (People and Culture) value chain and the links between the payroll and all other HR processes and systems would be required.; Business Acumen (P&C); HCM Business Systems; Quality Management; Solution Delivery; Strategic Planning and Reporting
