Responsibilities

About the Role; Key Responsibilities:; End-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume, multi-site workforce; Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with awards and EBAs; Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and journals; Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner; Liaise with internal stakeholders and external bodies as required; Assist with process improvements and payroll-related projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:; Minimum 3 years’ experience in full end-to-end payroll processing; Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and EBAs; Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Chris21, Micropay, or similar); High attention to detail and strong numerical skills; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
