People Director, Interim/Consultant

This exciting brand is going from strength to strength and has serious plans of expansion right across the UK, so a strong talent strategy along with a big focus on people culture to engage and nurture is crucial. There is a unique opportunity to support in designing a people strategy that will define and develop a strong people culture, as the company embarks on a significant and exciting journey of growth. There is already a people team in place, so this role is really around offering strategic input and guidance on how to prioritize work load in a brand that is growing at such pace. This role can be fairly flexible in terms of time, and would likely work out at around 1 day per week for the next six months.

Requirements

Have a good track record of working at People Director level within a branded environment; The ability to work at pace and at scale; Possess great leadership and great people development skills; Be a strategic thinker with the capability to think outside the norm; Have an ability to build relationships with others; Display effective influencing skills; Demonstrate that you can understand and adapt to business objectives; Have the ability to communicate effectively and challenge appropriately with people at all levels
