People Operations Manager

We are hiring a People Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in São Paulo, Brazil! Our People Operations team delivers high-quality operational support, ensures strict legal compliance, and elevates the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will lead end-to-end PeopleOps processes, manage key third-party vendor relationships, navigate Brazilian labor relations, and mentor a talented team.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and empower the People Ops team in Brazil; Drive operational excellence and escalation resolution; Champion labor compliance and governance; Optimize HR systems and workflows; Align external partners and key stakeholders; Leverage data for strategic impact; Live the mission and support wellbeing

Requirements

Experienced People Operations leader with demonstrated expertise in managing core HR operations, payroll review, benefits administration, and end-to-end lifecycle management; Dedicated people manager with experience leading, coaching, and developing team members, workload prioritization, and team capability building; Strong practical knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and compliance standards; Resilient and solutions-oriented problem solver with filtering and escalation management skills; Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP), time management systems (e.g., Ahgora), and Workday; Curiosity and interest about AI tools and automation; Fluent in English; Strong communication skills for cross-regional collaboration; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields; Prior experience in People Operations leadership/team management; Regional labor relations and HR compliance
