Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns; Optimize budgets daily to meet client KPIs (Lead Gen & E-commerce); Manage marketplace advertising for e-commerce clients (Amazon/Flipkart); Set up automated email workflows and lead nurturing via Brevo/Zoho; Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages; Conduct thorough competitor research and audience mapping; Collaborate with the Team Leader to refine growth strategies; Maintain clear project documentation in ClickUp

Requirements

Entry-Level (1+ Year); Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager; Marketplace Management: Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands), Flipkart Ads; CRM & Email: Zoho CRM, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), HubSpot, Mailchimp; Tracking & Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), Pixel setup; Operations: ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced reporting); Creative/CRO: Basic Canva (for ad mockups), Unbounce, Instapage, Hotjar; Analytical mindset with a focus on ROAS/CPA; Agency-bred multitasking (handling multiple client accounts simultaneously); Strong copywriting skills for ad headlines and descriptions; Ability to present data-driven reports to stakeholders; Fast learner regarding new platform algorithms
