Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor

As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members and guests through group classes and personalized training sessions. Responsibilities

Uphold all Horseshoe Bay Resort fitness standards; Arrive on time and conduct all sessions with professionalism and attention to safety; Lead fitness classes and personal training sessions in accordance with established protocols; Maintain, clean, and properly care for all fitness equipment; Keep fitness areas organized, clean, and fully stocked; Educate guests on fitness programs, services, and offerings; Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management as needed; Work independently with minimal supervision; Promote fitness programs, services, and retail offerings; Participate in team meetings and training sessions; Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment; Support overall fitness operations as needed

Requirements

Nationally recognized certification for personal training and group instruction; Proven experience in the fitness industry; Strong knowledge of fitness programs and training techniques; High School (Required); 1 year experience promoting and selling fitness programs, memberships, or personal training packages while building strong relationships with clients and guests; 1 year experience working in a fitness center, health club, or resort environment, including maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest service; 2 years experience leading group fitness classes and delivering one-on-one personal training sessions, with a strong focus on safety, proper technique, and client results
