We are seeking a Senior Researcher to influence strategic product and experience decisions through insightful research.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions; Proactively identify research opportunities autonomously based on product strategy and business goals, ensuring insights align with key company priorities; Work closely with cross-functional teams/peers — Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts (BAs) — to influence product strategy, business decisions, and design directions, as well as define the Research Roadmap; Facilitate workshops to identify issues and guide stakeholders towards solutions; Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to enhance collaboration; Foster a collaborative environment, integrating diverse functions into decision-making and participating in interdisciplinary initiatives

Requirements

People with disabilities (PwD); Intermediate to advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods; Experience utilizing diverse data sources and articulating results effectively; Capability to deliver actionable insights through hypothesis-driven research; Proven experience managing complex projects with varying levels of ambiguity
