Responsibilities

Resolve billing rejects and proactively contact patients or doctors when issues arise, ensuring smooth medication delivery; Accurately enter patient demographics and prescription details into the system, maintaining precise records critical for patient safety and operational integrity; Research insurance rejections and escalate complex questions to a Pharmacist, contributing to effective and timely resolution of patient concerns; Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing essential communication and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting; Active state Registration/Certification (as required); Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and tools.
