Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care; Set your own availability, Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average; Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork); Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments

Requirements

Active, state-specific PT license; Reliable personal transportation; Liability insurance; Current CPR/BLS certification
