Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrology physician to grow the expanding clinic in the Northern Suburbs surrounding Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital.

Responsibilities

Clinic onsite in Lake Forest, IL; Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital; Employed Full-time position with Northwestern Medicine; Candidate will be Board certified/Board eligible in Nephrology and have completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Nephrology; EPIC electronic health record system wide
