We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Hamilton! Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day, while working on some or all of the below contracts.

Responsibilities

Use clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities; Deliver care aligned with strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes; Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation; Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community; Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals

Requirements

Passionate and dedicated physiotherapist; A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care; High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs; Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community; Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders; Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain; Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management; Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches; Skilled in assessing and treating concussion and mild to moderate traumatic brain injury; Experience in assessing and treating cervical spine, vestibular, oculomotor systems; Collaborative approach with GPs, specialists and the wider multi-disciplinary team; Knowledge of community services pathways

Nice to have

At least 2 years’ experience working within pain management, concussion or community rehabilitation
