Piercer

Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers; Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision; Deliver in store piercing services with confidence; Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times; Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment; Exceptional personal grooming and presentation; Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

Requirements

A customer first attitude and a desire to drive sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment; Positive, proactive and able to work to direction; Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom; Travel to our other Boutiques and Concessions may be required
