Pre-Sales Architect - Sweden

Your mission will be to guide clients through their cloud journey with Scaleway, from discovery to migration, in order to accelerate customer acquisition and deliver tailor-made technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact during the pre-sales phase for enterprise prospects and clients; Understand customer business needs and technical constraints to design Scaleway-based architectures; Support clients throughout the discovery and migration journey until the project transitions to support; Conduct in-depth technical discovery and propose custom solutions leveraging Scaleway products; Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer challenges; Drive technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions with clients; Maintain and share knowledge on Scaleway’s evolving cloud offering; Participate in improving internal pre-sales tools and processes; Represent Scaleway at industry events and webinars when needed; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Pre-Sales practice and documentation

Requirements

3 to 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles; Experience working with public cloud solutions and migrations; Familiarity with container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, or Linux systems; Solid understanding of application/server architectures and datacenter environments; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English; Customer-oriented with a consultative mindset; Ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions; Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities; Comfortable presenting to both technical and C-level audiences; Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive innovation
