Responsibilities

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Position may require rotation; overtime availability requested); What You Will Do:; Perform standard and moderately complex flexographic press setups, operations, and preventative maintenance.; Interpret order specifications, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain strict quality standards.; Safely operate turret and fanfold equipment.; Support press operations by preparing materials, mounting plates, and staging setup tools.; Inspect finished products, pack/label goods per specifications, and maintain a clean, safe 5S work environment.; Collaborate with shift team members and participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements

What We Look For in You:; High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.; Previous manufacturing or printing press experience preferred.; Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to SOP adherence.; A safety-first mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality work.; Proficiency with basic computer applications.; Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
