This role suits a senior private client Lawyer seeking to build and shape a practice within a supportive, collaborative partnership. This is a well-established, multi-office firm with a strong regional presence and a national private client reputation. Private Client is a core strategic area for the firm. You will play a leading role in the Bristol Private Client offering, working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider regional network. The practice advises a broad range of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners, often on complex, sensitive and long-term matters.

Responsibilities

Play a leading role in the Bristol Private Client offering; Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider regional network; Advise high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on complex, sensitive and long-term matters; Wills and succession planning; Inheritance Tax planning; Trusts and estate planning; Probate and estate administration; Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection matters

Requirements

An established Partner or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for partnership; Strong technical grounding across private client work; A trusted adviser to HNW clients, with excellent interpersonal skills; Commercially minded, with the ability to build and maintain a client base; Collaborative, personable and aligned with a long-term firm culture; Partner Level experience; PQE: Partner
