Process & Performance Manager Logistics

Within Satair, an Airbus company, we target to serve our customers with spare parts in time. Our logistics is a key contributor to make this happen. And we do so with a great team across functions and around the globe. We search for a Logistics Process & Performance manager, combining logistics expertise with a digital mindset, with experience in design and implementation of process improvements and transformation in the logistics domain, with E2E “always on”. We are a team of 10+ responsibles to drive our logistics process design and digital solutions in order to enable our ecosystem to run smoothly and deliver parts to the aviation market right in time. And we have a lot to work on and discover, following our logistics transformation journey where we reshape and modernize the warehouse setups in Copenhagen and globally.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for logistics processes in Copenhagen and globally; Drive change and transformation on the core logistics backbone (WM to EWM); Lead the interface to IT to implement changes to our way of working for business continuity; Integrate with the functions (customer facing teams, supply chain, quality, product management) for a smooth E2E process design and execution; Support operations with expertise, resolutions and training

Requirements

3+ years of professional logistics experience (encompassing warehousing, shipping, and transport); Hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM; Ability to lead organisation through process design, complex problem solving and implement sustainable process improvements in a multifunctional and global stakeholder environment; Excellent command of written and spoken English; Academic background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Proactive colleague to take ownership of logistics processes; Digital mindset and process-minded approach; Experience in design and implementation of process improvements and transformation in the logistics domain
