Responsibilities

Process applications through designated portals and ensure timely issuance of certificates and registrations in accordance with applicable procedures, business rules, and contract requirements.; Review, verify, and maintain accurate certification records, files, archiving, and related documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.; Maintain accurate data entry for processing files, invoices, job numbers, and other operational information within internal systems.; Coordinate effectively with clients, affiliates, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and application status updates.; Maintain operational trackers and contribute to efficient workflow and record management.; Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, operational procedures, and company policies.; Manage day-to-day processing activities to maintain high levels of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.; Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Electrical, or a related technical discipline.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Arabic reading, writing, and translation skills are mandatory.
