Product Analytics

The ideal candidate will have a solid analytical foundation and an interest in product analysis, with enthusiasm for supporting business decisions through data insights. The Product Analyst will work alongside cross-functional teams to help identify trends, support product performance tracking, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities

Support analysis of product data to help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; Help build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics; Assist in producing insights and recommendations for stakeholders (Product team, Technology team, Customer team, etc.) based on data analysis; Work with product managers, engineers, central analytics team and other stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into analytical requirements; Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis; Learn and use analytical tools such as Mixpanel and Dataiku to support data-driven decision-making; Communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Careful and detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality; Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment and eager to learn from others

Nice to have

Some experience (including internships or academic projects) in product analysis or a related area is a plus; Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Mixpanel or Dataiku is a plus; Exposure to Python is a plus; Familiarity with Mixpanel or other data visualization tool; Basic knowledge of statistical analysis concepts; Interest in product management principles and practices
