Product Engineer

About the Role

Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will lead the core product interface, shaping design systems and review workflows that help users understand and act on AI-generated work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.; Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and operational data sources.; Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.; Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.

Requirements

1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.; Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.; Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.; A track record of building workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception-handling, or approval flows.; Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, as well as conducting user research and usability testing.; Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
