Product Manager

Responsibilities

Build a feature, product, and channel roadmap to articulate and drive the group’s priorities; Lead product discovery activities, collaborating with UX, technology, and business partners to design experiments and refine solutions; Create and define product stories with clear acceptance criteria based on client needs, working closely with the technology team for successful delivery; Develop a deep understanding of customers by leveraging data, existing studies, and collaborating with research teams for new studies or experiments; Interact with vendors to obtain support for various platforms, upgrade products, and contribute to their product roadmaps; Explore, evaluate, and propose technologies and techniques that meet the needs of various channels; Identify risks in current and proposed solutions, recommend resolutions, controls, or mitigation strategies, implement and monitor controls, and escalate visibility of risks/gaps as appropriate; Work with technology partners and vendors to create advanced authentication techniques; Collaborate with channel partners and other product managers to create and implement online identity management and authentication processes and systems; Champion the creation of easy-to-use, understandable, and acceptable experiences; Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business; Create reporting on Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics, and monitor performance; Build trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication with a wide array of upstream and downstream stakeholders; Provide first-line support to various internal stakeholders (e.g., technology support, account/trading service) and sales staff in answering client questions and resolving client escalations; Evaluate in-house and third-party security products; Negotiate contract details that meet the needs of the firm and end-clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business; Prior product management experience with online security, authentication, fraud, and/or digital identity; Prior experience with federated identity and single sign-on implementations; Strong communication and presentation skills; Superior analytical ability with attention to detail; Ability to influence and drive outcomes; Documented experience in agile product development; Experience with user testing and competitive intelligence

Nice to have

Experience with OAuth and OIDC; Experience with the Financial Services industry; A strong interest and passion for our industry; Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
