Responsibilities

Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and modernization goals; Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements; Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and quality assurance teams to drive successful delivery; Lead workflow modernization efforts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience through advanced workflow automation solutions; Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and Program Increment planning; Ensure traceability from business requirements through delivery, testing, demonstrations, and release activities; Support User Acceptance Testing, stakeholder reviews, and formal acceptance of delivered capabilities; Drive stakeholder alignment, communication, and change management activities to support successful adoption

Requirements

Proven experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within Agile/SAFe environments; Strong expertise in advanced workflow automation platforms, including workflow design, process automation, and backlog management; Experience leading business process modernization or digital transformation initiatives; Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; Experience operating in large, complex, and regulated environments; Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product planning with day-to-day execution

Nice to have

Additional experience with a variety of advanced workflow automation platforms; Experience with government-sponsored healthcare programs; Experience with enrollment processes; Healthcare and workflow experience strongly preferred
