This is an individual contributor role for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, technology, trading, and regulation. You will work directly with engineering, compliance, design, sales, and senior leadership to turn market requirements into resilient, institutional-grade trading products.

The Opportunity:

Requirements

Nice to have

The strongest candidates will come from trading platforms, exchanges, brokerages, capital markets, digital assets, or financial market infrastructure; Experience with quantitative trading systems, risk engines, matching engines, market data, order management, execution/routing, staking, lending, or yield products would be highly advantageous; They are looking for someone who is technically credible, commercially minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment – rather than a traditional PM who relies heavily on separate technical or delivery teams
