Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business

Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology

Responsibilities

Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.; Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.; Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.; Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.; Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.; Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.; Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc

Requirements

In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market; Proven track record in achieving sales targets.; Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory.; Strong customer focus and KOL engagement.; Ability to work with cross-functional teams.; Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
