Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and work across our key accounts to assist in the delivery of integrated programs (content, IRL, social) with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of integrated programs (content, IRL, social) across key accounts; Support the Production Department and contribute to project delivery; Assist with assigned production projects and see them through to completion; Manage production finance administration, including meticulous cost tracking, contract preparation, and expense reconciliation; Contribute to production budgets and reconcile jobs; Physically attend shoots when necessary; Assist with pre- and post-production workflows for always-on content initiatives; Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people; Build shot lists, location scout, source props, quality check assets, or set decorate as needed

Requirements

Some demonstrable production experience working on marketing or content deliverable types, preferably within an agency or in-house environment; Some familiarity with agency turn-around times and ways of working, a fundamental understanding of the dynamics of agency processes; Proactive nature and problem solving skills, the instinct to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified; Detail oriented and able to juggle a minimum of 3 project assignments at once; Confident and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Creative mindset and plugged in to social content trends

Nice to have

Traditional agency experience; Experience in Workbook or similar agency management tool
