We are looking for a Production Engineer to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure; Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues; Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions; Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities; Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency; Support application releases, deployments, and change activities; Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence; Participate in an on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support model

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations or a similar role; Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments; Experience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, .NET or Java); Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or Geneos; Scripting experience with Python, Shell or SQL; Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform; Basic understanding of SQL Server and/or Oracle; Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Fluent English; Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Availability to participate in an on-call support rotation when required
