Production Operator 1

Performs routine production functions including utility operations, packing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in compliance with regulatory quality standards. Works under direct supervision following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform reprocessing of product, including parts handling and inspections (mostly visual, some gauging); Fill out required paperwork accurately, with attention to detail; Maintain accurate production records and logs; Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision; Work effectively within a team, supporting shared goals and objectives; Make effective decisions relative to position requirements; Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed; Communicate clearly with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor

Requirements

0 - 5 years of experience; Attention to detail; Organized and dependable; Good communication skills; Ability to read, write, interpret specifications in English; Basic math; Comfortable in a regulated, team-based work environment; Willingness to work flexible/extended hours; Minimal computer skills (basic email/Teams use); High school diploma or equivalent; Steel-toe shoes required; In-person interview required; Must be eligible to work in the USA
