Hourly rates starting at $20/hour/hour with shift differentials starting at $2/hour. The rate within this range is dependent on the individual's working department

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Perform routine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to run orders to exact specification.; Quality & Precision: Monitor gauges, meters, and standard measuring tools (tape measures) to catch abnormalities before they create waste.; Logistics & Material Handling: Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts/heavy equipment) to load, move, and ship materials across departments.; Problem Solving: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and investigate mechanical issues to identify root causes.; Team Collaboration: Step outside daily tasks to support teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure site safety

Requirements

Coating Operator 6pm-6am; Coating Operator 6am-6pm; Finishing Operator 1st shift 6a-2p; Finishing Operator 2nd shift 2pm-10pm; High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience; Must be able to follow written and oral instruction; Must prioritize safety in every aspect of the working environment adhering to established safety practices, policies, and procedures; Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests; Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and move around for extended periods; Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.; Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.; Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperature
