Responsibilities

The hourly rate for this position is $19.72-$26.29/ hour.; Exciting News: We Are Growing! We are preparing to move our operations into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Perris, CA !; What You'll Do (Day-to-Day); Operate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools.; Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct material inspections, verify product specifications, and maintain detailed quality logs.; Problem Solve: Participate in root-cause analysis to address quality issues and suggest process enhancements.; Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards are met.; Cross-Train: Actively learn multiple technical functions and fill operational gaps as production priorities shift.

Requirements

What You'll Bring (Requirements); High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.; Proficiency with basic computer applications.; Ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.; Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.; Flexibility to work overtime as requested.; Shifts Available; A Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00PM; B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
