Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and coordinate scheduling and production activities of the organization based on sales demand to achieve quality products completely and on time.; Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets; Manage the performance of the team to meet or exceed targets: productivity levels, quality standards, and utilization/efficiency objectives; Lead all subordinates in establishing a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project or program.; Confer with heads and staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems, provide the necessary leadership and management support to enhance the efforts of project staff.; Review reports prepared by line leaders and modify schedules, or shifts/increase resources, in order to reach target completion dates.

Requirements

College graduate preferably on Engineering or the equivalent; Must have at least (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of production operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity

Nice to have

ISO training an advantage; Training on production management; Create spreadsheets or database using more complex formula setting using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point; Advantage if with background on any business related
