Program Lead- State Partnerships

Khan Academy India is looking for a passionate Program lead State Partnerships to join our growing Schools Team to drive our programmes with large public school systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving implementation of the Khan Academy programme with our school system partners. You will work closely with our Content team, Partner Operations, Teacher Enablement, and Data and Efficacy teams to ensure high quality implementation of our programme.

Responsibilities

Work with state leadership to help plan rollout of the Khan Academy learning platform; Assist state leadership throughout implementation; Collaborate with teams at Khan Academy India to ensure timely and successful delivery; Proactively identify avenues for increasing success of teachers and students; Analyze large quantitative data sets to identify strategic levers; Build learning muscle through analyzing qualitative feedback; Help build capacity within school system for scalable implementation; Balance short-term execution and strategic planning

Requirements

6-9 years of relevant work experience; Solid project manager with complex projects; Skilled people manager able to coordinate dependencies across teams; Comfortable working with large data sets and qualitative insights; Great communication skills for different audiences; Quick learner; Entrepreneurial mindset with tolerance for ambiguity; Willing to roll up sleeves; Passionate about education; Willing to travel

Being multilingual; Having been an educator or having worked on large scale government projects earlier
