Program/Project Manager 4

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead high visibility cross functional problem solving initiatives; Drive root cause analysis & corrective actions for complex problems; Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma with proficiency in applying Quality tools for problem solving; Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams; Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools; Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership; Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis; Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders; Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements; Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process; Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience; 10+ years of related experience in project management or program management; Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders; Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Nice to have

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Relevant project management certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2.
