We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Support project planning and scheduling activities; Maintain and track project cost, budget, and financial forecasts; OPEX; Produce progress reports and performance dashboard.; Track key metrics (SPI, CPI, Earned Value); Manage risks, issues, and change control processes; Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams; Support project governance and reporting requirements

Requirements

Strong background in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering; Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar; Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM); Experience within regulated environments.; A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience .

Nice to have

Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes; Strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
