As an Industrialization Project Manager , you will drive local and global industrialization projects within our International Production Network (IPN) . From acquisition to stable production, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate international stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution using best-in-class project management practices.

Your contribution to something big

- Leading industrialization and global projects throughout all project phases: acquisition, planning, implementation, monitoring & control, and project closure
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and cost targets
- Planning and controlling project progress, resources, and budgets
- Leading and motivating cross-functional and international project teams
- Ensuring high-quality project execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction until product stabilization in production
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication (internal and external)
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
- Monitoring purchasing activities and supporting supplier-related topics
- Leading acquisition working groups for new projects and product launches

Know-how

- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of Bosch Engineering System (BES) and Product Engineering Process (PEP) is a plus
- PM fundamentals and relevant project management training are an advantage

- Fluent English , both written and spoken

Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Management , or a related field; Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Project Management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment; Experience working in international and cross-functional project teams
