Project Manager, Supply Chain Consulting

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence; Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders; Manage, coach and develop consultants across the business line, providing ongoing performance feedback, career guidance, and mentorship beyond individual project engagements; Oversee the development of analytical models, insights, and recommendations; Drive execution of solutions across areas such as supply chain strategy and transformation, network design and optimization, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.; Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and ensure successful project outcomes; Facilitate workshops, steer project governance, and present to executive audiences; Contribute to business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pitches; Support internal initiatives such as capability building and knowledge sharing

Requirements

6+ years’ experience as a supply chain consultant and/or experience leading supply chain projects; Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects; Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and other data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau); Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; Strong organizational and time management capabilities; Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements; Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)
