FinXL is seeking a Project Manager - Telco Fixed Products to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver product-driven initiatives across fixed telecommunications products; Manage end-to-end scope for fibre upgrades; Drive product and customer experience transformation across the Home Portfolio; Partner effectively with Network teams to ensure seamless project delivery; Maintain key project artifacts, schedules, risk registers, and status reports; Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve operational delivery roadblocks; Ensure all technical and product deployments align with business objectives.

Requirements

Strong background as a Project Manager within the telecommunications sector; Deep hands-on experience with telecommunications fixed products and services; Proven experience managing infrastructure or fibre upgrade initiatives; Demonstrated success driving product and customer experience transformations; Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with Network teams; Exceptional organisational skills with a track record of delivering on time; Ability to quickly hit the ground running without a steep learning curve.
