Project Manager - TS/SCI Clearance

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project ensuring all work meets internal and external quality standards. Develops and implements resource and production plans to meet customer needs. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Manages labor and maintains employee relations regarding hiring, terminations and employee resolution. The Project Manager (PM) supports the Program Manager in planning, integration, execution, monitoring, and control of complex technical projects supporting federal Government customers. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring all work meets internal and external quality standards; Develops and implements resource and production plans to meet customer needs; Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained; Manages labor and maintains employee relations regarding hiring, terminations and employee resolution; Supports the Program Manager in planning, integration, execution, monitoring, and control of complex technical projects; Provides cross-functional leadership across geographically dispersed and virtual teams; Translates contractual and customer requirements into executable project plans, schedules, and deliverables; Applies predictive, Agile, and hybrid project-management frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban; Maintains project risk, issue, action, and decision management processes; Provides financial and operational performance management reporting; Coordinates logistics and project operations, including procurement interfaces, warehousing, and property accountability; Maintains effective relationships with Government customers and key stakeholders; Assists with development and continual improvement of the project's Quality Management/Quality Control Plan; Supports development and implementation of project safety requirements; Assists the Program Manager with personnel leadership and workforce planning; Supports subcontractor integration and coordination; Assists with RFPs, RFQs, ROM proposals, and other business-development activities as assigned; Mentors, trains, and coaches contract partner staff on effective project management

Requirements

Ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Top Secret/SCI level, which requires U.S. Citizenship; Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract; May be required to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing; Demonstrated project management experience supporting complex technical, IT, ICT, telecommunications, C4ISR/C4I, infrastructure, or related programs; Experience leading and integrating cross-functional teams, including geographically dispersed and/or virtual personnel; Experience coordinating project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk, issues, dependencies, and customer requirements; Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical leads, functional managers, subcontractors, corporate organizations, and Government stakeholders; Experience with project operations and logistics, including resource coordination, material requirements, procurement interfaces, equipment accountability, warehousing, deployment, installation, sustainment, and/or retrograde activities; Working knowledge of traditional, Agile, and hybrid project-management methodologies; Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant project-management experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, professional certification, military service, and progressively responsible experience; Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple functional disciplines and leading personnel through direct, matrixed, cross-functional, subcontractor, and/or virtual team structures

Experience with Government contracting, Department of Defense programs, or other federal programs; Supervisory, team-lead, or cross-functional management experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; Agile certification or demonstrated Agile experience, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), SAFe certification, or equivalent; CompTIA Security+ certification for projects involving DoD information systems, cybersecurity requirements, or technical infrastructure; BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) certification for ICT/telecommunications infrastructure projects; AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification for projects involving integrated audiovisual or related technology systems; Advanced education such as an MBA, MS in Information Technology with a Project Management concentration, or related graduate degree; Prior U.S. military service or comparable experience supporting military/DoD organizations
