This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Graduate looking to kick-start their career in Property Management! Working closely with experienced Property Managers and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio through a combination of administrative and property management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist property managers in maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.; Maintain orderly financial and lease administration procedures.; Liaise with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.; Updating tenancy schedules and ensuring any key action dates are captured.; Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.; Continuous following up on arrears.

Requirements

Recent completion of a Property Management or Property Economics degree.; Willingness to obtain the Certificate of Registration within the first 6 months of employment.; Genuine interest in the Property sector, ideally with the long term goal of being a Property Manager.; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.; Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organisational skills.
